The Garden Halls is an intercollegiate hall, housing students from all colleges within the University of London.
The Garden Halls offer the following features:
- Standard Superior* rooms include own WC, but shared shower and access to shared kitchen.
- In a Townhouse Single, the bathroom is shared between 2 residents and has a shower, sink, toilet and a mirror with a storage facility and integrated socket for shavers..
- Bedroom furniture includes desk, desk chair, wardrobe, book shelf.
- Wifi available in the reception lobby, dining hall and common rooms.
- Accommodation for students with mobility support needs is available and the building is fully wheelchair accessible.
In addition, this hall has the following facilities:
- On-site management and staffed reception during business hours
- 24-hour CCTV in operation and security guard on duty out of hours
- Laundry facilities

Location
The Garden Halls is located Kings Cross, it is approximately 25 minutes by public transport and 30 minutes by foot to ÃÛÌÒTV, University of London's Northampton Square campus.
Fantastically situated 20 minutes walking distance to Oxford Street, the Garden Halls is near shopping, theatres, restaurants and plenty of nightlife.
It is also a 5-10 minute walk to Kings Cross/ St Pancras connecting you to various underground stations and train lines, not to mention the recently regenerated, Granary square with restaurants and cafes next to Regent’s Canal.
*All Standard Superior rooms are situated in Hugh Perry Tower. Hugh Perry Tower is part of the Gardens complex but has a separate entrance point. All residents in Hugh Perry Tower have full access to all the facilities within the main Gardens building.

Students who are offered accommodation at The Garden Halls will sign an agreement with University of London Housing Services and not with ÃÛÌÒTV and will therefore be bound by University of London’s Terms & Conditions of residence.
